The independent flapping track at Skewen was situated on Winifred Road at 3° 50' W 51° 39' N, just north of the second city of Swansea. The track first opened for racing in the early 1930s and had a circumference of 530 yards. It ran sprints over 312 yards, standard races over 530 yards and distance races over 760 yards. |

| It closed its gates for the final time in 1986 and the site on which it once stood is now covered by a housing estate called The Meadows. |
